Karen Peters-Bowden, LICSW, is the owner of *The E3 Counseling & Wellness* and has been a therapist in private practice since 2006, located in Cranston, Rhode Island. She is an Antojai®️ Quantum Reiki Practitioner/Instructor, a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, a Quan Yin Lavender Flame initiate and healer, as well as being certified in Sound and Trauma Yoga. Karen specializes in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, PTSD and co-occurring mental health issues and addictions. Karen brings a unique combination of professional expertise and personal experience to assist clients in transforming their realities and healing from trauma. The E3 Counseling and Wellness offers counseling and spiritual coaching, Antojai®️ Quantum Reiki, Usui Reiki, Lavender Flame Healing and Sound and Trauma Yoga therapy.
