Un contenu riche avec des exercices simples pour débuter le Qi Gong

Les contenus de ce début de formation sont détaillés et bien présentés. J'aurais toutefois souhaité avoir une vidéo des mouvements des 5 animaux et des Ba Duan Jing. Peut-être cela arrive t'il à la suite de cet apport théorique.
