Alma Oasis was created in 2023, brought to life from the shared vision of two individuals captivated by the beauty and mystery of daily life but also by the climate problems and unmet solutions in our society. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It includes SO much information I didn't even know I didn't know! Really thorough and the Module documents have helped me begin to create a notebook I will refer to and build upon quite often.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Herbal Product Making Course! The lessons were well organized, easy to follow, and presented in a way that make learning enjoyable. I especially appreciated the practical information on herbal preparation, formulation techniques safety, and product regulations. The course strengthened my understanding of herbal product making and inspired me to continue learning. It was a wonderful educational experience, and I highly recommend it.
As already focused on meditation and mindfulness, in nature, this course took it to another level. I especially enjoyed the science associated with mindfulness and forest bathing. Great course!
As a survivalist it was fun to take the course after I have survived a few wilderness experiences this was a great through course
Being Indian we are taught to go to nature first, but as you grow up life takes over and health become convenience, we accept it because we become lazy. We need to stop, listen, learn and try and we will soon find its about what you put in your body that matters.

This course was even better than I expected. I thought I had a fairly good knowledge of herbs and herbal remedies, but I learned so much more than I anticipated. It was easy to understand and yet very detailed and informative. I know I will be referring back to what learned for years to come and look forward to expanding my herb garden. I am excited to take more courses!
I have loved every detail of this course and how it aligns with the benefits of natures benefits. The evidence is based both on science and spirituality, I want everyone I meet to feel about nature the way I do, I love being outside or close to my indoor plants, without them I would feel very lonely. Now I understand why and I want to share this with others.

This is so well thought out. Very interesting so much so that I want to learn more about how the ocean & nature have a affect on the body & mind & spirit.
I was apprehensive at first because it seems like every forum, blog and website has the same handful of herbs and information. Then, during this course, I discovered a few plants I had not heard of before. There were also many herbs I have heard of and used but there were a few properties that I was unaware of. I am very pleased with the knowledge I obtained with this course and will be using it to better my practice and understanding of herbalism as a whole.
I greatly enjoyed this course on Sylvotherapy. I learned that Sylvotherapy encompasses far more than simply forest bathing, and I now have a wider and deeper understanding of the benefits we gain from connecting with nature. I will be consulting these materials for years to come to keep learning about the therapeutic benefits of specific trees and plants.
