Sylvotherapy
It taught me lots more about the effects of nature and specifically the forest on humans. I live in a forested neighborhood so now I will be able to get the most out of where I live and maybe someday help others to understand the importance of forest bathing. I still have lots more to learn before that happens but I feel like I now have a good grounding.

I have always been a tree-hugger. I am also a retired massage therapist and I write haiku and other Japanese poetic forms. I live on a wooded lots about a mile from a state park. I was destined for this course. I learned so much and can't wait to share the benefits of sylvotherapy with others.

Great Book!
I appreciate having this book to refer to on a variety of common ailments. I have reviewed all of it and am looking forward to implementing the new-to-me aspects into our daily practice (or use when needed). Only thing, is I wish it would have a table of contents to make it easy to find everything. Other than that, it is very informative and helpful!
