Alma Oasis was created in 2023, brought to life from the shared vision of two individuals captivated by the beauty and mystery of daily life but also by the climate problems and unmet solutions in our society. I found the sylvotherapy course to be very thorough and helpful!
I took the SylvoTherapy program to learn to share what I naturally experience in the forest with individuals who have not been exposed to nature settings. This course gave me words to express my way of being that is easily understood.
Easy to access and refer to later. Very complete info!
there is a lot of information, especially Module 6, but I am enjoying the process.

The audios are great, but too long. The quizzes are more focused and thus better.
So much information that I know I will need to go back and read but am LOVING this course! It feels like home to me!

Not only a fascinating deep dive into nature therapy, but the best conversation starter ever telling people I was studying forest bathing!
I enjoyed the class. Some of the modules were overwhelming. I would have preferred an in person experience, however: this was a great introduction class.
