To the point, and very well-written curriculum. At the same time, it gives you a huge amount of self-confidence as you progress through the training, and you will believe at the end that you are capable of doing this.

This Neuroscience Coach Certification is an excellent course! It's very well structured and intense, which lends to critical thinking and retention. I'm very pleased!
I enjoyed the course and found the VIA character strengths test really helpful to identify my strengths and consider how I can use them to reach my life goals. It helped me to clarify what I am good at and also what I want to focus on to make me happy.
I've thoroughly enjoyed this course and have learned so much, i didn't believe i would learn as much as i have and it has shaped my own practice greatly. Strongly recommend this course for anyone who enjoys meditation, wishes to learn more and is considering teaching meditation.

Good but I think it glosses over more complex stuff and focuses and overexplains the simpler stuff. We need more repetition of phrases that are key. Need more diagrams especially in module 1
