i have learned so much so fast… Thanks
It has been fun and very informative learning about the different types of meditation and its impact on the body and mind. i have been practicing mindful and breathing meditation for over 5 years and can relate to the benefits discussed in this course. Transcendental meditation seems intriguing and would like to learn and practice this meditation.
It's useful for me. I get new ideas and remember information I've already heard. The exercises are clear and interesting, worth to try.
it was very thorough
Very informative and detailed.
Amazing.
This is review for me, but I like the way it's presented and the inclusion of how to put it into practice with clients.
At first, I was overwhelmed with the terminology, and had to take notes, re-read and ask myself questions. The audio function added variety to the learning experience which helped in retaining the information. I had a good pause, went over my notes, returned to the material and changed my mindset. I began to gain a more in depth grasp of the content and can't wait to use this in my practise, God willing. Thank you.
I genuinely didn't expect the Client System course to be so detailed and engaging, very happy with this so far.
I learned a lot
Love that I'm able to apply these techniques to my own life.
Overall great course, nice flow and love the fact that you can download the PDF to study.
There is a lot of great information in this course. I have enjoyed this learning process.
Really enjoying it. Comprehensive and informative.
am enjoying one model at a time, gaining alot of knowledge too..
This was nowhere close to what i was expecting when I purchased this course. I thought the course was called efficient coach and had to do with neuro-science techniques. I thought I would be learning specific things to help coach people with having more success and learning how to apply neuroscience techniques or other specific training
