I found the Longevity Coaching course to be very informative and formatted well.
There was so much information in this course but I really loved that it gave actual examples of conversations and the best way to handle those conversations. It was a real world example of using conceptual principles in real time. I really appreciated the course and its in depth coverage of such a sensitive subject.
I enjoyed taking the Trauma Healing Coach class, it was informative, well planned and easy to assimilate with the online learning program. I feel confident I have gained information that can be beneficial to me as a practitioner.
I enjoyed the course. The modules were manageable and I had the option to read and listen as the same time. The end of unit check up was a good review of the module, since I sometimes completed the module in 2 sittings. The format of the content was predictable and easy to follow. Recommendation: Some of the insights were from mostly research that I would consider dated ( more that 15 years). Include more current research.

I really enjoyed completing this course. I found that the material was very thorough and I liked having examples to understand the course more deeply. I would have personally enjoyed to see diagrams, and a little less redundancy, but overall a fun course to take. I am looking forward to practice my knowledge and coaching skills on my family members who have already come to me asking about the course and the possibility of their own habitual changes.
I enjoy the straight forward, no fluff approach.
It was very easy to navigate through the module and each part has been explained in a way that's easy to understand.
