Regressive hypnosis is a spiritual technique based on the idea of reincarnation. It allows us to delve into past lives in order to understand the origin of certain blockages, phobias or recurring patterns that impact our present. By exploring these past lives, this practice helps to free oneself from karmic attachments, heal traumas and evolve in one's current life. Inspired by ancient teachings, it offers a new approach to exploring buried memories and improving our mental and emotional well-being.
🕯️ History and development of past life regression
Regressive hypnosis has its roots in the work of Colonel de Rochas in the early 1900s. Fascinated by paranormal phenomena, this French polytechnician conducted experiments with patients, taking them back not only to their childhood, but also to scenes evoking past lives. Later popularised by figures such as Dolores Cannon and Brian Weiss, this practice differs from classical hypnosis in that it aims to explore the past in order to understand and heal present ailments. Today, it is widely recognised and expanding rapidly in the world of alternative therapies.
📖 The process and sensations experienced during a session
A regression hypnosis session plunges participants into an altered state of consciousness, where they explore their past lives through complete sensory immersion. The sensations can be varied: intense emotions, physical perceptions or visual memories. The hypnotised person can revisit significant moments, such as their own death, and relive experiences that have had a profound effect on them in their past lives. This process often releases repressed emotions and enables inner healing. Each life explored provides a specific lesson, helping to resolve present problems and move forward on the path to personal fulfilment.
✨ Applications and training in regressive hypnosis
Regression hypnosis training teaches therapists how to help their clients explore their past lives in order to free themselves from negative patterns, find inner peace and heal deep-seated traumas. Comprising twelve modules, it offers techniques that are accessible and complementary to other therapeutic approaches. The course is aimed at hypnotherapists as well as NLP, EFT and neuroscience practitioners. On completion of the course, which is validated by an online final exam, practitioners will be able to offer in-office or distance sessions, contributing to the emotional and spiritual well-being of their clients.

The course is very informative but yet intuitive. Highly recommend sitting a while with each chapter. The chapter quizes are a bit tough because the answer requires you to discern what the question is really asking in order to give the correct answer.
