The first module considers the underlying mechanism of this coaching system; the single foundational principle that makes it so powerful – that change occurs automatically when a shift in consciousness takes place. It looks at how problems are structured and how you can help your client see the world through new eyes.

Module 1 also contains:

• An advertising template you can adapt and use
• A sample coaching contract
• A program intake form

In Module 2 you’ll learn about helping your client to set goals by establishing a dialog with them. You will also learn how to master the strategy session and about the questions you can ask your client so you understand exactly what their goals are. You can customize the sample scripts so they address exactly what you want them to, so your sessions are geared toward your client’s needs.

Specifically, in this section you’ll learn:

• Tips to improve the process
• Steps you can integrate into your demo sessions so you can convert more prospects into paying customers.
• About coaching questions you can ask at different stages of the process
• What not to do – hijacking the agenda
• About checking if the client’s goal is congruent with their life
• About the Simple Steps coaching model

The main issues your client is likely to face are procrastination, motivation, and time management. In this module you can read a variety of scripts addressing these problems that you can tweak for your own use. This can involve paying as much attention to what your client doesn’t say as what they do say.

You will learn about:

• Helping your client to recognize how they’ve been procrastinating
• A way to get your client to look at time management from a different angle
• A script designed to help you client become aware of contradictions
• Understanding problems indicated by offbeat words and phrases
• How to pull out the missing pieces of a story
• Helping your client to get back up when life knocks them down

Module 4 contains a number of worksheets you can use with your client that can be useful at any stage of the coaching process.  You will also learn about a variety of techniques you can use to help your client address their issues.

This module discusses how to approach your first session with a client. It introduces and takes you through the first stage of a six-step process that’s designed to help people create successful habits, overcome limiting beliefs, and tap into their true potential.

Although it’s a very simple and easy-to-understand process, it’s also incredibly effective at facilitating powerful change.  

In this module, you’re going to learn about:

• Information gathering and getting a detailed picture of your client
• Identifying a specific, well-formed outcome for your client’s coaching program.
• Figuring out the client’s big “why”
• A way of clearing out environmental obstructions so your client can open themself up to new possibilities
• Anchoring in the client’s “why” for pursuing their goal
• Creating a strategic action plan and laying out specific tasks to complete

Session 2 is about teaching your client how to manage their energy levels. It describes how to talk to them about the importance of engaging with what increases their energy and avoiding what reduces it.

This is one of the most important lessons in the program, because energy is the fuel that dries everything we do. In this module, you will learn:

• About discussing what went well and what didn’t during the last week
• How to identify ways in which the client increases their energy level
• About finding out what the client does that drains their energy
• How to create a plan for increasing high-energy thoughts and activities and remove energy-draining activities
• About an imagination exercise that allows the client to experience what it feels like to have high energy levels on an ongoing basis.
• How to help your client internalize that high-powered, high-energy experience and anchor it into appropriate contexts.

This module focuses on the concept of boundaries and why your client must both establish and maintain them to achieve lasting success.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

• How the client’s process of achievement must include establishing firm boundaries around the person they must become.
• About the client’s “yes” list – what the client needs to have in their life for success
• How to help the client create their “no” list – an itemized account of things they’ll reject from their life
• About working with the client on appreciating their own needs and making themself a priority
• How to get buy-in from the client – a commitment to keep their boundaries in place

This module is about helping your client to stop being overwhelmed and get focused on one idea.

You will learn:

• About how to coach extremely creative people to achieve their biggest goals and dreams
• Ways in which to overcome the fear of judgement
• How to clear the not ready yet illusion
• About a self-appreciation exercise your client can use

This module is about supporting the client in a variety of ways so they have the best chance of ensuring success.

• Guiding your client in how to master their environment
