Very useful addition to my leadership practice
Comprehensive and inclusive course. I recommend.
Alot of information to unpack though it doesn't always go in have to revert back to my notes. I have ADHD so I prefer bullet points and ways to break down meanings for me to remember them.
'm confident in this course to help people to achieve health and wellness goals.
I Love the course and how easily understandable and practical it is.

Fabulous! Very helpful. Keen to get the templates and get cracking.
thank you for all the work you put into this.
I am so excited to get started on my next course.
FANTASTIC
The course has a great balance of science and empirical evidence, as well as real world application. As someone with lived experience of neurodiversity, its structured in a way I can learn and retain the information. The modules are a manageable length and really interesting.
