A well crafted introduction to the world of Ikigai, extremely useful and detailed. I have enjoyed the process !!!
The content in this course was quite thorough and provided a lot of information relevant to helping coach a trauma survivor through the healing process, how to maintain appropriate boundaries, how to see and speak to the mind/body connection, grounding techniques, technologies, evidence-based therapies, as well as when it may be good to combine with culturally appropriate and/or holistic therapies in order to customize approaches towards healing. Overall, excellent content.
It was a great experience and it was very informative.
very informative thanks...I pre-paid for the certificate however can't work out how to receive it.
It was hard at first because of the number of pages, but it became easier as I came to understand it.
Overall great course! May be a nice add-on would be including learning videos and the test questions to be with multiple choice just like the final exam!
Much more content than perceived. Great options provided for resp0onses to negative feedback!
Absolutely brilliant coarse, well mapped out. Each section very relevant to my life personally. The course makes me thinbk about myself as a coach, I need to always have a positive mindeset and grow continously. Abosolutely brillant
The course was easy to understand, and each activity provided meaningful opportunities to reflect on and apply the concepts to my own experience of grief while also learning how to apply these concepts when supporting others through their grief.
A worth taking certificate and experience. Truly professional content, including anatomy of the brain, biochemistry and in-depth knowledge. Thank you !! It was worth the efforts and time that I have put into it. It will enhance my teaching and trainings.
Great course! The content was clear, informative, and easy to follow. I learned a lot about neuroscience and how it can be applied to everyday life and coaching. Highly recommended! Grateful
The course was very informative and I found the information useful. HOWEVER! To take quizzes at the end of each that consisted of 10 essay questions only is unacceptable. If I had known the quizzes were essay questions only, I would never have taken the course. I found myself getting very frustrated at the length of each question/quiz.
Very Good Course
Course was easy and informative. had me engaged throughout the course and made me realize that this is something I've been wanting to do for a while.
This is overall a good course to follow - the handouts are excellent. I mixed up my learning with the audio and self reading as I struggled with the voice over after a while, but this does give you options. I would study again with Efficient Coach thank you
Many important knowledge to help your clients!
