Amazing Course

This autism coaching course was very informative and inspiring. I learned a lot about neurodiversity, sensory needs, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and how to support autistic individuals in an affirming and respectful way. The course explained complex topics clearly and provided practical strategies that can be used in real life. I especially appreciated the focus on compassion, autonomy, and understanding autistic experiences without judgment. The examples and case studies helped me connect the information to real situations. I feel more confident, knowledgeable, and prepared after completing this course. A great practical course

A well-structured course that bridges neuroscience and practical application without drowning you in to much academic jargon. The coverage of memory, attention, motivation and emotional regulation gives you a useful working framework - not just theory for theory's sake. It covers education, coaching, management and clinical practice, explaining how the brain actually processes learning and behaviour. A solid scientific foundation rather than relying on intuition. Time well spent.

Life-changing techniques

While I have engaged in So Hum and alternate nostril breathing exercises, this course really opened my eyes to the beautiful and plentiful mediation techniques available as well as the health benefits of each.

Well-structured and presented information

The information presented aligned with how I learn best, keeping information direct and clear, and was able to learn at my own pace.

Pretty Decent

The first few modules I found really useful in understanding the difference between spiritual coaching and holistic, as it went on, I felt the others were more common sense or could have been reduced into less topics. There were some typos and spelling mistakes as well as weirdly sexist sections when using him/her that felt out of date, there were also sections that were ableist when talking about focus, multi-tasking and the body - I would encourage a more social model informed approach that celebrates cognitive diversity and finding strategies that align to your unique rhythm then striving to adapt your mind to work one certain way. There were points that also used absolutist language of the right way or wrong way where I'd suggest more invitational or suggestive language to make space for diversity again. Otherwise it was solid, I found the quizzes useful.
