Alma Oasis was created in 2023, brought to life from the shared vision of two individuals captivated by the beauty and mystery of daily life but also by the climate problems and unmet solutions in our society. Have been using essential oils for years, so some of the info was surprising to me. I need to check out which ones have Phenols.
I have a background in spiritual practices aswell as mental health. Being indigenous to my region I've always had a strong connection to nature. Diving into not only the science but spirituality behind trees for their benefits has taken my learning curve to a whole new level not just for others but for myself aswell.
I am enjoying the modules and the tests are a great way to solidify the material. I love the long answer responses.

This was a great course for learning wilderness survival knowledge. It is important to complete the practical exercise included with the lessons. Getting out into the forest and practicing the skills discussed in the lessons helps bring it all together.
