The Forest Therapy training covers a wide range of information on all the different aspects and benefits of sylvotherapy. I have been practicing forest bathing for many years without knowing all the science and health benefits it provides. the course is very easy to follow and filled wth tips that can definetly help to start practicing. the content is adequade and provides a really solide base.

I was surprised at the level of ease of the course, but impressed with the scientific backing for the information for the most part. I appreciate the citations, more would be appreciated. The portion about chacras in Module 3 was a bit sparse, I am still unsure how Sylvotherapy supports chakra health and what, as a sylvotherapist I would do to support this without training in Reiki.
