A wonderful course to both learn more about meditation and also how to teach it to others
I like that the lessons can be read to you. I have a hard time focusing unless I'm moving around so listening while I'm cleaning makes it really easy to absorb the information.
I sent an email asking what could I do, since i couldnt change my password. And I forgot what was it. Wasnt getting the "forgot my password" email. So I couldnt start the course until one week latter when it finally arrived to my inbox. Never got a response from customer service

I have been looking for a good neuroscience course, but all the ones I looked at were too expensive. I found this when it was on sale, and I love it.
Really enjoyed the concepts and my purpose of integrating Ikigai with my storytelling workshops will be amazing!
