Its been an excellent experience so far.
A very challenging, inspiring, and uplifting course that would benefit you personally as a coach as well as your clients. It is worth practicing the steps yourself before recommending to clients. So much I learned from the course.

I found the Nutrition Coach Certification course well-structured, with each module building seamlessly on the previous one. The content was presented clearly, making complex concepts easy to grasp. The different topics were well explained and supported with practical examples.
I came to this course as a clinical social worker and master teacher, as well as being a health program coach - over 20 years in the helping professions. This course really took everything I already knew and dialed it into the specifics of integrated and mindful eating, so much more than just helping people lose weight.
