Overall a very good course, a little lengthy and too much filler information at some sections, but works really well in conjunction with the Life Coach certificate course. Would recommend.
There is so much repetition, and frankly, the course is not what I expected so far. There has been so much information about WHY rather than HOW. I know the WHY. I'm looking for more concrete instruction on HOW.
I am enjoying the course, so far. It is packed with applicable, up to date, information.
This course is well thought out and full of practical exercises which can help with the process of starting to implement them and tailor your own practice from them.
Very usefull knowledge Perfect to start with something But little bit manipulative..
