Decent Content With Some Test & Exam Errors
The content was good and I like how they provided an audio option as well. However, I found that there were errors on the tests and the final exam. The answers to some of the questions were wrong when they should have been right. Then on the exam, those same answers were then flipped. Not professional in my opinion and needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
Decent Certificate Course for those who are trained counselors
The website and dashboard are easy to navigate. However, the errors in page numbers and some verse numbers were a bit off-putting. Lastly, I would have hoped for a bit more of a challenging course, as I am a licensed social worker.

Errors in the exam
This is a very interesting and informative program and I learned a lot, but I noticed some errors in the multiple answers which caused me to receive a score B instead of an A.

finding it very information based about what a councilor is and what they do more than practical and equipping with tools for clients ,maybe because of my own expectation of the course or maybe because it is only a certificate based course

I feel like this is a bit of an over glorified audio book... Be nice to have a video thrown in with the teacher in it and or diagrams or something. Just to make it feel more like a class ... but content has been good. Thank you.

Quizzes too easy
Content is good. Could go deeper with case examples. Quiz in chapter 5 had duplicate answer options for a few questions and many quizzes are too easy. One of the questions said my answer was incorrect but my answer was correct in section 5
exciting
so far so good. I need think that this course would allow me to open my own practices, but it doesn't. It just gives me bragging rights in my local church, and it is up to them to recognize my certificate. However I will continue to take the course, so that i have something under my belt

I was hoping for more and a bit disappointed.

three of the quiz answers were marked wrong, when double checked, they were right.
1. my answer was "C" relationship entanglements, and you said it was "D" lack of education
4.my answer was Jonathan and David "B" for soul tie example, and you said "A" David and Saul. Scripture states that Davis and Jonathan's soul were "knit" together
5. my answer was Abuse "C" and your answer was "D" financial, so I'm disputing your answers according to your own teaching./ bible

Needs Work
Finished the "Christian Counselor Certificate" course, and there were a lot of grammatical errors, and on multiple tests, the "correct" answer wasn't actually correct. There were pages missing, and the audio wasn't professionally edited and wasn't consistent. This course was a very broad overview that didn't teach as much as I would like.
I did like that they always brought it back to trusting the Lord for guidance, and allowing Him to work. And the emphasis on having a solid prayer life and being a good listener.
