I have learned so much regarding the use of art as a way to help someone dealing with anxiety, depression, loneliness, self doubt, trauma, isolationism, and other emotional and psychological roadblocks that present themselves in a person's life and prevent them from feeling happy, complete, or simply content.

Motivational And Enlightening

The Art Life Coach tutorial program has increased my understanding of how art therapy can be practiced in order to address and possibly alleviate self-doubt, phobias, insecurities, social awkwardness, and even a certain level of depression. The idea that one does not need to be an artist fascinated me at first, but the more I learn from this course, the more I comprehend how utilizing artistic direction works in conjunction with the intent of the therapy.

This class is pretty good for getting the basics of being an art coach and drawing the line between a coach and a therapist. It has a lot of great projects to get started with your clients and shows how to measure progress.
