I found this to be a fascinating and comprehensive presentation of the information. As a mental health counsellor who is expanding into eco-therapeutic services, this course has helped to round out my knowledge and ability to provide meaningful benefits for my clients' mental and physical health through intentional engagement with forest environments, a variety of plants and associated elements with therapeutic potential.

However there should be a more efficient way that signs PDF and recording matches after we close the study for the day, and return next day at same text/recording

I feel like I'm taking a ridiculous amount of notes as I go, but I am enjoying this a great deal. I wish it had a printable workbook maybe to go along with it! I'm probably retaining more info by writing it though! This is a fun course!
