Great info but..

Feels like the course is repeating a lot of the same info. And just padding on. I do think it has a lot of great info, however, also it is pretty ironic. Usually people with ADHD would like to get into ADHD coaching. But the course's design is not aligned with how people with ADHD's learning style :)

module 6

Lot of things are too hard to understand. There are lot of techniques offered, but not explained how to do them or what they are exactly. For example Eisenhower matrix and others. You have to search the tool or technique yourself. Some things are not explained by more than one sentence but requires more explanation how what it means or how to do things. For ADHD person its quite hard to follow as the voice is robotic and sounds like AI, which is quite boring and hard to follow. More examples and explanations needed

I'm a Behavioral Therapist for Kids, and this training has helped me a lot in recognizing patterns in some of my ADHD and suspected ADHD students, and come up with clearer strategies
