Very relevant and useful information.
This course offers a comprehensive view of ADHD, including the different types and way symptoms present. It includes multiple points of view along with explanations regarding the techniques and approaches they discuss. I feel like I'm learning new information that wasn't included in my previous schooling and have been impressed with the depth of knowledge the creator's have demonstrated with this course.

A half an hour study a day will improve your understanding of ADHD !
Second Review : I absolutely love this course. Its language is simple and practical. I am taking my time doing it, while exploring all the digital apps and other techniques that are mentioned. I am reading the Dr. Brown book also. Recent late diagnoses ADHD. I enrolled in this course, with a view of an ADHD coaching career, which compliments my professional background. However, I am applying this course to me. I have recommended this course to my friends and colleagues, who are waiting official assessment, can't afford coaching and are struggling in daily executive functioning. For the price, it is a fantastic investment of self help, and in turn, helping others too. Thanks you efficient coaching. Good people behind this. CBT is next on the list.

ADHD coach
The course turned out to be only data and an audio reading loud the info. There is no interactive sessions nor explanation. I consider this a text retrieved from Google or AI and reading it

Repetitive
I understand why it’s set up this way, but it can be tedious, because new info is thrown in among a lot of restating and summarizing so you cant skip any sections but 90% of the info has already been presented. Really wish there were more specifics and examples. For example, it mentions teaching active listening skills, but doesn’t elaborate

In depth and detailed course content
Really brilliant course easy to digest material, and straight forward to understand. Having ADHD myself finishing things can often be a challenge, but the course was easy to digest and shed a lot of light on my own ADHD. I hope to use my learning to help other people.

ADHD Coaching Certification (In Progress)
This course has been thoughtfully laid out and easy to follow, offering a well-balanced mix of foundational knowledge and hands-on application. The pairing of informative modules with reflective exercises makes it incredibly useful—not just for learning, but for immediately thinking about how to integrate neurodiversity-informed strategies into real-world coaching. I especially appreciate the ability to adjust playback speed, which has helped me stay focused and efficient without losing depth. That flexibility makes a big difference for someone juggling other responsibilities (or with a naturally fast-processing brain like mine). The built-in reflection questions are one of the most valuable aspects for me—they not only reinforce the learning but also spark ideas for future tools, client resources, and areas of further study. I’ve been consistently noting things I want to turn into worksheets, onboarding materials, and even social media content. This isn’t just educational—it’s build-your-practice material. One of the most helpful features is that the course includes the author's suggested responses to exercises. Being able to compare my answers to theirs helps me catch anything I may have missed and strengthens my confidence in where I’m already aligned with best practices. This course has far exceeded my expectations so far. I feel like I’m learning in a way that equips me for thoughtful, respectful, and individualized ADHD coaching.
