Great experience with many learning objectives'

I'm enjoying the course and its many subject objectives.

Superb

Although I don't believe one can become a full fledged Wilderness Survival Instructor, it most definitely provides a basic level of knowledge. That if practiced and memorized, can lead to a solid intermediate level of knowledge.

More illustrations would be helpful

It should be more practical with illustrations, photos of the plants mentioned

Explanatory drawings and sketches would help a lot. This is a very practical subject. I would like to see examples.

The history is interesting, yet not truly relevant to survival. I think it's ok to include it in the modules, but not to put in the tests. IMO There are more important things that could be put in their place. This is a good starter course so far.

not any good other than light reading got worse became more focused on environmental and native issues Bad data in the first aid first just a waste of time and money total rip off

Up to Module 3 so far

There is quite a bit of good useful information so far and I am learning valuable tips and tricks. Being a visual learner, it would nice to have more photos or even short videos showing examples of the text. The background information/history is interesting, yet I don't believe that it is an asset that should be part of the quizzes.

Fantastic course!

Despite having many years of experience in this field, I have gained some valuable perspectives from participating in this course. People say that "Knowledge is power", but what they neglect to add is that more importantly you must also have the skills to utilize that knowledge to make it more effective. And skills are what you will learn by taking this course, despite your level of training and education in survival. Once you have completed the course, go out and add to your list of skills, develop more skillsets, and learn and learn and learn! A great course, highly recommended!

I've utilized the odf downloads to print, and I read while listening to the audio! It's a much better way of learning for me.
