A Game-Changer for Aspiring ADHD Coaches - Halfway In and Already Empowered

I’m currently about halfway through the Efficient Coach ADHD Coaching Certification Course, and I’m already blown away by how much I’ve learned. The program does an incredible job of weaving together foundational ADHD education, ethical and culturally sensitive coaching practices, and real-world strategies that I can apply immediately with clients. So far, I've gained a solid understanding of executive function challenges, time management tools, and how to support both kids and adults with ADHD across different stages of life. The modules on neurodiversity and strength-based approaches really resonated with me, and I love that the course emphasizes personalization and practical application. Not only is this course deepening my coaching skills, but it’s also helping me see what it takes to run a successful ADHD coaching practice—from ethical boundaries to client-centered strategies, and even tech integration down the line. I’m genuinely looking forward to the second half of the course and continuing to grow as a coach. If you’re serious about supporting people with ADHD in a thoughtful, ethical, and effective way—this course is absolutely worth it.

Audio, Video and Redaction

I understand that the audio was not a real person. The page outline is not professional, and the redaction of misusing Emily, followed by the use of Sarah in the same section of the case study, is very misleading. I don't understand why the errors in the pages and the redaction are consistent. I find it so easy to correct.

ADHD Coaching

I enjoyed the course. However, there were several places in the case studies where the name of the study participant was one name but it was changed several times to another name as you read the case study. As someone with ADHD, that was very confusing. Also, I disagree with the answer to question 8 on the final exam. I know it didn't impact my passing the course but I think the question should be reviewed. Overall, great experience and I'm looking into taking other courses on this platform.

Completed the course

I found the course very interesting and challenged some of my pre concepted ideas, which was a good thing. It was easy to navigate through and enabled me to pause and come back to suit my schedule. Looking forward to completing more with this company!

Great Self-Study for Existing Coaches

This course is fairly comprehensive and covers the diverse challenges and common difficulties/challenges that people with ADHD face. It outlines effective, evidence-based approaches and interventions, cites many case studies, and uses exercises throughout to evoke thoughtful learning. There are many resources shared, and it is well worth the money to get a good overview of the ADHD Coaching process. It also does a good job of pointing students toward accredited coaching certificates and the process to obtain professional those certificates..

Good insight into ADHD

The course is interesting and eye opening. Since I struggle with ADHD, its teaching me a lot. However my focus needs some work. But the course has a lot of insights into things I'm not aufait with. Im still seeing from an ADHD perspective if in fact my coaching will be effective to others since I myself struggle

New to Coaching but so excited

I have found this course amazing, very informative and has been flexible enough to fit in with my daily life. I like the progress bar and the support with tasks and exam questions. I have learnt so much and can't wait to get started in my new career.

Great content, too much repetition.

The content is great, but there is quite a lot of repetition between modules.

Surprisingly good

This course has greatly exceeded my expectations. The research is current, the information is set out beautifully and in easily digested chunks and the case studies are relevant.
