I chose this course to gain additional tools as a NeuroCoach. While respecting the boundaries of coaching, this very demanding course provides numerous insights, practical exercises, and in-depth concepts on the subject

I really enjoyed the learning. Some of the material was a little deep and more than I needed to know, but it was overall really good.

Module 3

Gained new knowledge re: the scientific facts n benefits about trees and plants and history . Learned the difference between hiking in the forest and forest bathing. More aware of environmental pollutants and their harmful effects . And the effects of different trees .

Helpful course and kind staff

The course really helps me a lot. I really like that there are audio recordings for each module. I feel like it is an effective way to digest information. As for the staff, I asked about forms and documents being mentioned in the document, and I didn't know it was attached in the last part -- still, the staff was kind and explained to me where I can find the materials. Great great! Highly recommended course and service! 100%

The course is interesting but a bit lengthy on reading. Maybe it could be made in a more easy to read way could be better

I am learning that I really did not know the impact of unhealthy environments until I took this course. There is so much to learn and so much material in just Modules 1-3. I am excited to continue....
