A new and precious asset in my life

My background is in forestry, so throughout my career I have been aware of the mental and physical health benefits of forests on a theoretical level. However, I must admit that I have somehow overlooked its practical use so far. When I came across AlmaOasis' online Sylvatherapy course, I did not hesitate to enroll because it was a golden opportunity to enrich my professional profile with a subject that also speaks to my soul. I'd like to get practical session tips, not only theory

The theory is great, but I would like to have more actionable items one could use in sessions with clients, like session examples, acted session recordings, workbooks to give to clients... something I can actually use to create sessions
