I found this to be a fascinating and comprehensive presentation of the information. As a mental health counsellor who is expanding into eco-therapeutic services, this course has helped to round out my knowledge and ability to provide meaningful benefits for my clients' mental and physical health through intentional engagement with forest environments, a variety of plants and associated elements with therapeutic potential.

The audio and the manual are so detailed and easy to understand and follow, it does however require some kind of Biology knowledge of the body and TCM to get by, luckily for me I'm a Practitioner for over 18yrs on various modalities and I find it super amazingly easy insofar...

More in depth than I thought.

I'm enjoying the course. The navigation portion has been the hardest because I've not used that technique and can't apply it for training just yet. But this course has been enjoyable so far and I'm learning a good bit. The poetic nature of the writing is entertaining.

Great course

I leant a lot. would have liked to have more images, videos and tutorials. Most of it was all reading based and I had to do extra research. But, it was good.
