More indepth than I anticipated with a lot of great information. The audio option was super helpful. Some sections went overlong in sheer volume of words but overall, I enjoyed the learning provided. Good job!

This sounds like an AI voice which makes it difficult to understand the content at times. Like the tone/emphasis is off, words are mispronounced like mantra.

I really love this. I am a yoga instructor and Ayurveda specialist, it is so connected to my practice ❤️

My thoughts

I feel as though the course pilled to much information into it. I feel many of the things I learned did not correspond with forest therapy. The short response questions and expecting people to remember many names of plants and people doesn't support many peoples learning styles. I enjoyed learning about these things however I do feel this course should be revised.
