Final/Program was glitchy, content was perfect.

The course content was great, but it was glitchy and would randomly shut down, so I downloaded the files. The final was also difficult to take as it kept freezing and closing out and then bringing you back to other sections of the program. There was a ton of great information, though.

Excellent program material and platform

As someone who needs both written material and audio, I found this course to be extremely thorough in its approach. I especially love the suggested coaching dialogues and the bonus materials.

Repetition

A lot of repetition of basic information, then overuse of very technical language with no explanation of meaning. A lot of googling required

I am really learning alot!
