Plants as Healers

As a nurse-herbalist, I am so enjoying the spiritual component of the this class. The criticism that stems from the scientific community does not bother me because I know that the rational mind is not the highest authority. I have witnessed the power of nature and I'm so fortunate to add to my learning and toolbox with this course. This has energized me to learn more abut the trees in my particular area. I am enjoying this course so much more than I expected. Not only is it very thorough in preparing me to lead forest experiences, the information is very valuable to me in my own journey with the plant kingdom.

Finding the Sylvotherapy class interesting

There is so many more layers of why you feel great after a forest walk than I expected, and it has been interesting to learn about phytoncides in this module.

Sylvotheraphy Forest bathing course A Healing Journey

The Sylvotheraphy Forest bathing course is very comprehensive and I learnt a great deal and look forward to starting my forest bathing journey. The only downside was it is US based so didn't get to learn about all the Australian forest related plants and trees and some of the quiz questions could of been worded alot better but for the value it was wonderful and great to have the audio to listen to along side the downloads of the modules.
