Very informative!

I fiind this course to be very informative! I completed the NLP Certification course a while ago and find it fascinating that this course offers NLP lessons and adapts them to the sleeping problem. I'm excited to see what's in the next few modules.

Basic - not as engaging as expected

I thought there may be a personal touch to the course, maybe an introduction video from the creator, maybe some diagrams or some visual images as opposed to just pages and pages of text. We all learn differently of course but reading just with little visual or auditory stimulus can be a bit boring and not as engaging as it could be. For $100 course I would have expected a little bit more than this. The content is interesting and insightful.

Sleep coach

As a fibromyalgia coach, sleep issues are something I come accross with the mayority of my clients. This has given me an alternative approach to offer besides medication. I take away a variety of techniques for my clients to try and to implement, thank you. I myself have sleep issues and found the hypnosis techniques particulary helpful.

The course is very interesting and has techniques I have never tried before. I actually drifted off to sleep during some of the exercise.

Very satisfied with the course. As a long-term insomniac myself, I´m having some better nights and it´s such a wonderful experience. There are days when I actually look forward to going to bed.

The course includes lots of ready to use techniques to help clients combat their insomnia or sleep issues. I would recommend this as a great foundation. The material is only written, with an option to listen to an audio version, there are no videos.

There is so much more info and real life tools than I expected.

Only 18% complete but I am actually learning a lot. The info is easy to read and digest. I like that its broken into small sections.
