I have really enjoyed modules one to three so far. I am learning and unlearning a lot of things. For example, I have always though the grilled food or roasted food is better - today I realize the importance of steaming and that the lesser the heat on the food, the better. This course is very eye opening.

I have enjoyed the first five modules. I am little overwhelmed with the information and my lack of knowledge regarding species of trees and plants. I believe that will come with experience and time . Just finished reading Module six which was not my favorite.
