It was easy to follow and comprehend material. I am grieving the loss of my son last 15th July 2025 he was 35 years old. my world shared. I came across with this program and it help me give me the structure I needed, I have more closure with my son's spirit now and I don't feel over whelmed with all the emotion that comes with it. I managed better when grief visit me, also I apply some of the modalities according to my feelings. thank you for the program.

The information is very relatable, even emotional. As a woman in my early 60's, I have heard all of the "It's a function of aging" remarks from several doctors. I never accepted that. i was not going to go down without a fight.
