the further I read and listen to the information from each module the more interested I become into the preparation of firstly completing many forest walks and how to prepare to take participants with me in the future when I have confidence . As a aromatherapist and qigong instructor I can see how these skills can be incorporated into the sessions , aromas essential oils and mediative movement with Qigong exercises out side in the forests or inside with a room with plants
