I had finished the ADHD COACH training and can’t download my certificate with or without logo, made a ticket waiting for answer, Not enough instructions how to get electronic certificate, still like the studied material

I personally don't learn by just reading. I need more hands-on, or videos going through examples of how to coach. I feel a bit overwhelmed to be honest. I feel like this is all great information but not sure how I would even start. I think I just need a different style. It would be helpful to have videos/ practice exercises vs just case studies.
