There is a great deal of information about the history and science behind Sylvotherapy, which is interesting but not essential for me but I am only half way through and I have learned a lot about Sylvotherapy sessions and so looking forward to learning more.

The information is very valuable and well structured. The methodology is not very engaging. Just reading the PDF and answering the quiz. Some video would help been more engaing.

Great!!

Very interesting. So far, everything makes perfect sense to me. I would have like to learn more about coniferous trees and a little less about trees that don’t grow in north america but I understand the concept. The tests are not what I was expecting but I’ll adapt. Can’t wait for what’s next :)

LOVE IT! GREAT SELF HELP!

I have started the positive psychology course (practitioner) and i really love it. I am a huge law of attraction follower and i can tell, this works 100%. My life has changed completely to the best! Because of that I want to help people around the world to live their lives filled with peace and happiness just like mine! What i really find amazing about this course is that every single exercise, i have to do it on myself first before i can start my class! So basically, it is like helping myself first then i'll start to help other people as well. As said, its only when your own cup is full that you will be able share with others! This app deserves 10 stars! Totally won my heart!

Science knowledge is necesary to have.

It is good that I have knowledge from my university studies from biotechnical faculty. Othervise would be hart to understand and to memorise everything. Would be great if I could get the theory in my language (slovenian). I had to translate many times. Happy about all the great info that I got. Thank you.
