Kinesiology Certification

Still considering if I like this or not

I’m currently a licensed massage therapist and work at a spa. I started this course so I could maintain my knowledge in anatomy and potentially learn new things. However, I’m not trying to be a kinesiologist so I feel like this is more about becoming just that. It’s just a lot of reading and trying to remember a ton of information that is actually quite overwhelming, even for someone who’s only just graduated massage school less than a year ago. I’m still debating if I want to finish this course or ask for my money back.

The reminders about celebrating milestones, breaking down big goals, and guiding clients to uncover their authentic “why” all echo the heart of my own work: helping others return to wholeness through conscious creation. This class reaffirmed that true transformation begins with awareness — and that by changing the way we see, we change the way we live.
