Loved It!
I really enjoyed this course. I knew spending time in nature was important - but to understand the details and the science behind it was amazing. It will absolutely be a benefit not only to my life but also to my coaching business. The pacing was perfect, modules were informative and I especially enjoyed reading the details and benefits of many trees, plants and flowers - knowing I can go back to remind myself at any time.
