There are a few conflicting spots. Talking about Amino acid in Module 2: 20 amino acids, 11 body can, 9 with food. Then in module 3 it says 22 amino acids, 14 vs 8. The talk of beef in module 2 is also very unfair as I raise cattle and there is incorrect information there

Lots of good information, but as I mentioned in my previous review, it really requires updates. Some of the information in this program is not adequate and outdated.

It was very interesting in how to get the client involved in wanting the counseling and how to let them make the decision of how much help they want.
