Absolutely amazing

I am enjoying learning so much about Ayurveda. I am a nurse and a holistic therapist, this is an absolute must in my practice as it gives me more tools to treat not only physical but also emotional issues helping individuals connect with their true self and learn keep harmony between soul, body and mind.

Great content and helpful examples to use in practice. I would say for me, the only draw back is the lay out of the text. It is done in a very repetitive, text heavy and monotomous way, not sensitive to help neuro-divergent mind. But course content is great.
