Trying to learn this program and go through the exercises myself. I see the benefit of doing the exercises themselves, but for me, it makes it difficult to understand the material while attempting to complete the program itself.

it's ok, would like to have videos showing what to do as its very difficult to read how to muscle test without being shown, and also a video guide of the order of a session would be great

So far is very good, just there are so many new expressions and words/name, that sometimes I am so lost that I have to repeat that part of the lesson. I would also suggest more excersice, as like this I have better view, how it should be..
