However, I am applying this course to me. I have recommended this course to my friends and colleagues, who are waiting official assessment, can't afford coaching and are struggling in daily executive functioning. The course is well-structured, clear, and straight to the point, with practical tools that are easy to integrate. I also appreciated the flexibility—it’s designed in a way that allows me to progress comfortably at my own pace. I also valued the inclusion of essentials like the coaching agreement, the intake form and the code of ethics—it gave the process a strong professional and ethical grounding. These elements not only clarify our role as coaches, but also reinforce a sense of credibility and confidence as we begin to practice. Coming from a background in philosophy and psychology, I found much of the content enriching and aligned with my values. That said, I do remain thoughtfully critical—particularly when it comes to the scientific grounding of NLP. While some techniques are interesting, I approach them with caution and curiosity rather than full acceptance. In general, the course has provided me with essential tools to effectively integrate my background into my journey as a coach.
