Great Course, Poor Final Exam

I absolutely loved the Neuroscience Course. However, the final exam had some really oddly formulated questions, which made is super awkward to put down a response with all "Both A and D" and so on answers. Furthermore, some of the questions did not seem correct, yet the quiz said they were, even after reading through the course material. I did pass, but the ones I got wrong, felt so awkward. Might just be me :-)

it's important to have progressive care plan update to fit the changes for the dementia patient, and also practical adaption for caregiver to reinforce the meal plan, physical exercise plan and awareness of other factors. Regular Follow up review and improvements for the patient in alignment with the caregiver and practitioner.
