This course is exciting, full of knowledge and easy to understand. The content is just what I needed to expand my love for the forest, combined with my environmental science knowledge to have a deeper understanding of the power in sylvotherapy and to share it with the world!

Learning A Lot!

I'm really impressed with the Wilderness Survival Instructor course! I love how it is written in a creative and descriptive way that keeps me engaged. I am learning more from this course that from all the survival books I have purchased over the years. Sharing the indigenous practices, beliefs and rituals associated with each unit helps me to better appreciate where these skills and techniques have come from and why they are still prevalent today. I have completed the first 3 modules and am looking forward to continuing to learn more. I have also watched some of the teacher-led videos and love how the topics incorporate information from various courses. Thank you for helping me to reconnect with the land from my urban surroundings in snowy Canada.

I am loving this!

This is a LOT of information, but I am loving it so far. I wish it came with a workbook because I am finding I am taking an excessive amount of notes. I am learning a lot and am excited to get started putting it all to work!

All fine up to now- interesting information but I noticed in module 7 and 8 some photos were repeated and did not corresponde with the information provided.

Took this course while staying in a cabin in a Forrest and it was such a calming experience. Really enjoyed the information.

Solid material

This course is decent, but I would have liked if it had more examples of sessions, scripts etc.

Sylvotherapy: report on research

Interesting to learn about different trees and plants. The studies referenced have very small sample sizes and numerous confounding factors. Addressing these limitations is crucial for maintaining credibility.

Learned so much in little time

This has been a great course especially while vacationing in a cabin on the Forrest in northern Georgia. A great way to connect with matte e-bike learning so much and appreciating the trees and Forrest so much more.
