I am enjoying the style of the content. I like the platform, it's easy to use and structured. I can deeply resonate with the main messages, although at some points in the scripts I had the feeling that the coach is doing not coaching but consulting and mentoring.

With my background who is not psychologist nor biology-scientist --> I found difficulties in undertsanding the content as well to remind some terminologist that very scientific.
