So far so good, finished module 3 or 9 of the Neuro Coaching course. While the information is introductory overall there scope is significant and the layered learning - Audio, Video and Reading - really make this course worthwhile for beginners or ongoing development.

ADHD Coach certification

Good Content but Poor Delivery

There was lots of good content in this course including templates as well. It is clear the course is very knowledgeable. The actual delivery of the course was really poor - it was just really long handouts to read. Considering I do have ADHD, I thought it was ironic that the delivery method did not aid my ADHD whatsoever. Having different VAK learning preferences would have been more beneficial to meet the needs of not only myself but other candidates.

Having completed a counseling diploma, I was unsure how I would practice my skills and create a business model that aligns with my purpose. This course has helped me to identify my business purpose, my goals and create momentum towards my business actualisation. In applying the theory I’ve learned, I am developing experiences that will benefit my clients work towards their own goals at a pace that encourages me to grow in confidence and awareness.

The questions can be more straightforward. They seem to be tripping me up somewhat. Also the course isn’t geared towards grieving as of yet and I’m going into the 4th module (of what may be the 1st set. I’m not sure). Otherwise the content so far has been very interesting and helpful.

I would like to see more interaction with patient and caregiver. I would like to experience some intentional emotion and deliberateness during the monologues. The tone of the speaker is unusually lulling and not inviting to keep one involved and focused. I find myself forcing to stay single mindedly involved, while it is difficult to do so.
