I really enjoyed learning how to be better at living off-grid and being more self sufficient. I have lived semi off-grid on 5 acres for 16 years but about to move and buld on 120 acres fully off-grid. This course has given me more insight to how to achieve this both building my future dream house that is eco-friendly and how to create a secure food & herb garden. It has also made me consider building small eco cabins made out of cob, mud and straw as a future side business. Thank you!

This course not only helped me to better understand forest bathing and the incredible properties of various trees and plants, but it also helped me to understand things that I was already experiencing in my own mindful practices.
