great refresher course for any coach with basics on all areas. Great to have audio and a scrips (at times confusing some scrips are read out others not) would love to have optional video or audio sessions of real coaching interactions for further insights on all methods.

Estou sentindo falta de mais exemplos. No módulo 2 falou da neurociência mas só citou, não nos fundamentou para que nós possamos saber o que é e como ela ajuda no positive paranting. No módulo 3 vi muita teoria mas poucos exemplos na prática da consultoria, o que faz ficar muito difícil para aplicar na consultoria. Acho que faltam muito mais exemplos para nos ajudar a ver as possibilidades de problemas que podem surgir numa consultoria.
