Good but I think it glosses over more complex stuff and focuses and overexplains the simpler stuff. We need more repetition of phrases that are key. Need more diagrams especially in module 1

There are many resources shared, and it is well worth the money to get a good overview of the ADHD Coaching process. It also does a good job of pointing students toward accredited coaching certificates and the process to obtain professional those certificates..

It's a great starter point. It takes you by key topics and concepts that every person needs to know but we need to also know that spirituality covers more topics such as Universal Laws and other principles of life but this is a great starting point for someone relatively new to the spiritual world.
